Delivery & Returns
Where do you ship to? We currently ship only to the UK, although we will love to conquer the world in the future.
How much do you charge for delivery? We offer free* delivery! No minimum amount ordered. (*UK only)
Who is your delivery partner? Our wall art is proudly delivered by Royal Mail and Hermes UK.
When can I enjoy my wall art? After choosing your perfect wall art you will receive an e-mail with your Order Confirmation,
that means we are ready to print your desired artwork.
We will pack it nice & safe (in an envelope - smaller prints, postal tube – larger prints, and in a box - canvas).
You will receive an e-mail with the delivery details when your parcel has been despatched.
Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery.
Do I need to register to shop? You can shop anytime on our website just as a visitor, without registering.
However, is free and easier to manage your orders from your own account.
How can I close my account? You can close your account any time by sending your cancelation enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter? If you opted to receive our newsletter and you do not want to hear from us and our great news/ offers any more, please press the unsubscribe button on the bottom of our newsletter.
Can I Change/ Cancel my order? As any of our wall art is printed on demand, after placing your order, you can change or cancel it before receiving an email with your Despatched Confirmation.
Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com as soon as possible with you query and your order details.
How can I Return/ Exchange my order? If by any means you did not fell in love at first sight with your wall art you can return/exchange it in its original packaging within 28 days.
Please note, if the wall art was customised (size/ image/ any other changes you requested in writing) we would not be able to exchange/ refund it, unless faulty.
Please send us the details of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you are not happy with your purchase and we will organise everything with you.
Please note any return/exchange cost is payable by the customer, unless the wall art was faulty when delivered. You are responsible for any risks associated with return postage, for example if the product is damaged or goes missing.
After receiving the wall art in good condition, we will refund your entire purchase amount within 30 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as you used when making the initial order.
Can I customise my wall art? We do offer a customisation service, please see our Customised section or contact us at email@example.com with your queries.
How can I join the Artists list? At Artstract we love to welcome and promote new artists and their artworks.
